The production line's design capacity(Heavy Hammer Crusher) is 300 tons per hour. In actual operation, due to the optimization of equipment performance and process flow, the actual output may be slightly higher than the design capacity; in terms of quality, the sand produced by this production line has uniform particle size and excellent quality. It can meet the demand for manufactured sand in different fields; in terms of cost, due to full utilization of local abundant shale resources, the production cost is low and it has high market competitiveness.
